Steve is a Senior Partner within CNA Financial Services, he is also CNAs Partner Development Manager, with responsibility for attracting and training all new Support Services Partners and Franchise Partners.

Steve has been recruiting since 1998. Firstly, with Hays for seven years, later managing his own business, Head Forward Recruitment and in 2017 he joined CNA. Steve has placed fees at £2,500-£25,000. His biggest year was in 2009 when he invoiced £369,000 but averaged £120,000 during his time billing at HFR. Steve has a working ethos based around providing quality service to both his clients and candidates. He teaches the same methodology he has used himself since 2004, just updated with modern recruitment solutions and technology.

Steve provides CNA’s induction course and delivers business advice to new Support Services Partners and Franchise Partners, helping them become established and successful.
