Diego has over 20 years’ entrepreneurial experience in global business. He held many different client-facing roles, starting his career at Heidrick & Struggles Executive Search, then Credit Suisse, KPMG and Reuters. He also worked at GE Commercial Finance before moving to the global investment field where he got lot of exposure to the C-level suite. After leading a global Sales team in the Sustainable investment field for as Swiss Consulting firm for few years, he proceeded again into the Executive Search area for few years where he mainly acquired mandates and placed candidates in the Senior Level Private Banking & Asset Management field.
After advancing into the global Management Consulting firm TMF Group as Commercial Director for Switzerland & International Markets, where he engaged with global clients within Tax, Legal, Accounting and HR Payrolling field, he then proceeded to ICG International Consulting Group where he is still active as Senior Executive Director. He recently established his own DR Strategy Consulting firm and is also active in the Leadership Team of the British-Swiss Chamber of Commerce in Zurich. At CNA International, Diego is fully motivated to engage with clients and C-level candidates from all industries due to his broad experience in the C-level field. His main focus is on Financial Services, Investments, Banking & Insurance as well as Management Consulting, Business & Professional Services and the Legal Industry globally.
Due to his experience living abroad in the US and South America as well as travelling a lot within Europe, Diego is well connected globally and speaks fluent English, German, French and Spanish being Swiss native. Diego completed his Executive MBA International Management at the University of Applied Sciences in Zurich as well as his Master Degree in Services Marketing & Management. He also recently completed the Executive Program “Digital Business Strategies” at M.I.T. Massachusetts Institute of Technology in Boston, Massachusetts, US.
Diego is based in Zurich, Switzerland where from he serves clients in Switzerland and globally.
