Support Services Partnership – (SSP)

CNA International began as a management consultancy and executive search company over 20 years ago, after being founded in 1993. We are now comprised of two distinct brands, CNA Executive Search and CNA Recruitment, and each operate as partnership businesses. You can elect to run your business with CNA Branding as a Senior Partner, or your own business with your own branding as a Director. Both options naturally come with CNAs full support.

The CNA Recruitment brand is predominantly UK based, and currently made up of CNA Financial Services & Specialist Banking, CNA IT, CNA HR and CNA Digital Marketing. We are actively looking to develop this brand further and are open to discussing all vertical and horizontal market sectors. This business is mainly search & selection, with fees ranging from £2,500 – £20,000 and client salary ranges typically from £15,000 to £100,000. CNAR work mainly on a contingent basis, with some exclusivity and we’re on the PSLs of some large clients and RPO’s.

CNA Executive Search is our global partnership brand, with 40 offices worldwide and primarily work between the £10,000-£30,000 fee level, mostly retained business at salaries of between £80-£250,000. We have offices in the UK, USA (New York), UAE, Poland, Russia, Romania, Hungary, Slovakia, Slovenia, Bulgaria, Ukraine, South Africa, Denmark, Germany, Austria, Singapore, the Philippines and Hong Kong and are planning on opening new offices this year and next in Australia and Texas (USA). Our executive search business operates through a wide variety of vertical and horizontal sectors from; Civil Engineering, Automotive, Oil & Gas, Facilities Management, Security, Cyber Security, Retail Banking, HR, Accountancy & Finance, Fraud & Risk and many more

Associate Partnership

As an associate partner, you will run your own limited company within the partnership of a Senior Partners practice. You will be sponsored by a Senior Partner and supported by them within their partnership, working on their vacancies with their clients. You will receive the same CNA induction training and have access to the CNA CRM and Website, plus you’ll retain 70% of your billings! This route to partnership will suit a hungry billing consultant who does not yet want to manage their own business but wants to simply bill and earn
